At Party Speakers, we want to ensure your event never misses a beat, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all high-fidelity audio equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your sound system, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to get you back to the music.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack the Equipment

  Carefully place the speaker and all original accessories, including cables and remotes, back into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
